Jeff did a triathlon in Camp Pendleton, he loves to participate in their series of races because they are all on Saturdays!! Which is pretty unusual in the racing world, unfortunately the majority of events are held on Sundays. His fans (all 4 of us) came out to cheer him on! It was a beautiful day and he beat his last year's time by 4 minutes!
The race consisted of a 500 yard ocean swim, 18 mile bike, and 5k run.

Jeff and Cort (his brother-in-law) who also did the race, it was fun to have two athletes to root on! If you look closely you can see the plastic medals that the kids gave them.
